TMJ-TMD
Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD)
If you experience chronic jaw pain, facial soreness, headaches, or discomfort when chewing, you may be dealing with Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD)—a condition that affects the jaw joints and surrounding muscles.
Your temporomandibular joints (TMJ) connect your jaw to your skull and allow you to speak, eat, yawn, and function normally. When these joints become strained, inflamed, or misaligned, they can cause pain and limit movement.
